Kingsley Amis wrote this humorous little book under a pseudonym, presenting himself as the Chief of Staff for the British Secret Service. The book details the pros and cons of certain kinds of liquor, how to dress inconspicuously, and lists some of Bond's adventures as sources for the advice.
