Chicago;: Chicago Tribune. 4" x 9 1/2" 12 volumes dated from 1924-1932, 1934, 1937, 1943 and one without its wrapper and no date. The covers of the issues were often done by young illustrators in their twenties and early thirties. Boris Artzybasheff; Peter Arno, Hugh Chenoweth, W.H. Wisher; and several not identified. Besides the nice cover art, the poetry reflects the humor of the day. These copies came from the family of Frank Lloyd Wright. All have general wear with the exception of 1924 with some chipping and covers seperated, the 1924 edition has yapped edges white has tiny tears. A good set. (Inventory #: 012116)
