Personal inscription to San Francisco Socialite and supporter of the arts and the Democrats, signed and dated prepublication 8/26/63 by the self-published Italian American immigrant author, based in San Francisco. Also find laid-in a typed letter signed by Candela. The novel is semi-autobiographical and follows the Sordelli family through two world wars and to America.
