Issued after the 2 a.m. crackdown on students occupying Sproul Hall on December 4, 1964. "Yesterday 800 students were arrested and were forcefully carted away from the University to sit for hours in prison... We are striving to prove that the administration's actions are being met with massive campus disapproval. ... We shall use every morally justifiable means to protect our rights. We shall not be moved.
