An exceptionally well preserved copy of this novel from the author of the "Topper" series, this novel taking inspiration from that series. This copy is in near fine condition with a square, tight binding, bright pink lettering over black boards, and clean pages throughout; the book does show some mild rubbing to the spine, hinges, and the lower edges, else fine. Housed in a clean, crisp, and bright near fine dust jacket that shows a couple of small tears to the front flap, one closed short tear to the spine head, and some light rubbing to the edges and corners. Overall, a beautiful copy of a title scarce in this condition. Not remaindered, not price-clipped, not ex-library; in a protective Mylar cover and will ship securely wrapped in a sturdy box.
