Volume II: [1], xii, 293 pages, [1] page blank, [2]. A mixed brown cloth set. Volume I published in 1855 and volume II in 1857. Volume I has a leather title label on the spine and volume II has gilt stamped lettered title on the spine. Light edge wear to the cloth head and base of the spine and corners volume I. Light toning and foxing to the text. Good condition for volume I. Volume II has damp-staining to the edges of the boards and on the back cover. Cloth is chipped on the board edges, corners and head and base of the spine. Fair condition for volume II. First published in 1853 in Columbia, South Carolina covering the years 1781-1782.
