Bound with wrappers into leather and marbled paper over boards with spine gilt. Wrappers heavily spotted and lower wrap with a corner crease and a couple of tiny tears, interior with toning, offsetting, and occasional foxing, very good and sound. One of Brazil's best-known poets in the early and middle parts of the 20th Century; according to his biography on the Casa Guilherme de Almeida website, *Meu* contains what is considered to be the best of his modernist poems. Strikingly printed with thick green borders on each page. (truncated)
