He wrote to Patricia Levine: I thank you for your letter of July 19 regarding your projected publication of a book entitled The Anatomy of Greatness. Because of my very pressing official duties I am afraid I shall not be able to do justice to your queries, but perhaps the following answer may meet with your requirements. 1. The person who has exercised the greatest influence upon me was Buddha. 2. Some of the reasons for my selection are set out in my statement made by me in Toronto, Canada, on the 22nd October 1967.
