Written at the height of candy's golden age in America, with recipes for black walnut brittle, Mexican klondykes, cream fig kisses, cream dipped oranges, tutti frutti divinity, orange Turkish paste, honey caramels, maple fudge, etc. A bit of age-toning to text block, and some offsetting to endpapers.
