Printed invitation to an afternoon "Froebel Birthday Fair" held "under the auspices of the Jenny Hunter Alumnae Association, for the benefit of the Alumnae Free Kindergarten" in New York, New York. The Jenny Hunter Training School was founded in 1887 by Jenny Hunter, the daughter of Hunter College's founder, Thomas Hunter. She trained and educated young women to teach the Kindergarten and Froebel methods until the 1930s. Printed card measuring 3.5" by 4.5", verso blank.
