Report from the CIA-backed New York-based Ukrainian emigre organization Prolog Research and Publishing Association giving details on the unconstitutional arrests of Ukrainian intellectuals by the Soviet Union. Names and sentences of the prisoners are given with several teachers, novelists, and philologists listed -- unsurprising given the Soviet Union's attempts to suppress the flourishing of a Ukrainian national literature, language, and culture. Prolog publications quite uncommon in retail and we locate no copies of this pamphlet in OCLC.
