A fine copy of a classic example of the type of trade catalogue which American paint companies began to issue at the end of the nineteenth century. The catalogues would usually contain paint samples accompanied by plates showing what houses would look like if their paints were used. They were presumable not published in large quantities and were heavily used, because they all now tend to be extremely rare. This catalogue is not listed on OCLC, nor is any similar one from the Patton company.
