"Judge Munroe" listing was not found but the last name " James Munro" was found in an online record from Anderson. A record from the Anderson Intellingencer newspaper for 1871 lists Dr. A. P. Carter. Another account name associated with Anderson South Carolina is that of Colonel Jesse Ward Norris 1812-1899. A Heritage auction record from 2004 shows a rare 10 cent note printed by Bewley, Keese & Co., dated October 1865, and printed at Anderson Court House.
