Myers. Hammer and Anvil watermark on endpapers leads one to assume this is one of the 40 copies on Hammer and Anvil (there were an additional 160 copies on Whitehead and Alliger paper). Very minor scuffs. Contains a criticism of Crowley's "Soul of Osiris.
