Contemporary blind-stamped pigskin, stained brown, central panel diapered with rhombus ornaments (an eagle, a unicorn, and two style of lilies) in the compartments, raised bands, rebacked (probably in the 20th century) with brown pigskin, two brass clasps, straps renewed, pastedown from an early printed book.
