Author's posthumous love letter to the Indian Country of the four corners region that is nicely illustrated with more than a hundred sepia tinged views (some are full-page), by the author. Sections on the Navajo, Hopi, Zuni, Acoma, as well as the surrounding area, including the Grand Canyon. Section on the Hopi includes an illustrated chapter on the Snake Clan and their dance.
