Dukes, known as "The Man With A Hundred Faces," was one of the most celebrated of the first generation of MI6 operatives, succeeding in infiltrating, among several other Soviet agencies, the notoriously hermetic CHEKA. He was knighted for his exploits in 1920. Both this and the original 1938 edition of Dukes' memoir are uncommon in trade. (Inventory #: 85621)
