WILLIAM LLOYD GARRISON (1805-1879). Garrison was a journalist, reformer and abolitionist from Massachusetts.ALS. 1pg. 6 x 4. December 15, 1874. Roxbury. An autograph letter signed W.L.G. to Nathaniel T. Allen of West Newton, Massachusetts. Garrison wrote on the back side of a penny postcard: Dear Mr. Allen my letter was sent to you to be used ad libitum. Print it in any journal you may prefer; only I would choose to have it printed without any abridgment, and therefore omit nothing personal for yourself. Very truly yours, W.L.G.
