Powell of Dublin, and headpiece on p. 2; pages are bright and unmarked, excepting an inked square on the blank final leaf [A8v]. 14, [2] pp.; final leaf blank; sewn in blue paper wrappers.~~So, the First Edition, First Impression, of Prescription Sacred, which opposed the new fee for grazing cattle on the King’s pastures.
