Greenwich: New York Graphic Society, 1958. Slipcased. G+/VG+/VG+/VG+: The top edges of the slipcase are torn beyond the halfway point. The lower edge is torn at the very start of the edge. Fading and tanning to the slipcase. There are some stains on the slipcase. Significant fading to the spines of each of the books. There is some foxing to the end pages of the books, and some on the textblocks. Majority clean, bright pages and solid binding. Beautiful plates.. A three-volume set inside a slipcase. The slipcase is made of heavy tan cardboard with blue illustrations and text. There are two pieces of loose cardboard to separate the books. The books are black cloth casebound with silver text and designs on the spine. Volume one is 559 pages; Volume two is 625 pages; Volume three is 625 pages. Profusely illustrated with both black-and-white and color tipped-images. All have a tipped-in color frontispiece.
