8vo, 205 pp. Folding frontispiece map of Kentucky. Signed by the illustrator, Arvilla Parker. Tan boards with red map decoration and gilt lettering to covers, paper label to backstrip. Stain to foot of backstrip and lower edge of boards, neat owner's name on front free endpaper, small stamp of Newbegins bookshop on rear pastedown. Very good.

§ Number 3 of the Grabhorn Press Rare Americana Series. Originally written as a series in the 'Kentucky Gazette' and first put into book form in 1827. Howes S-1011.
