Boston: Perry Mason Company, 201 Columbus Avenue, 1893. [JUVENILE] [PERIODICAL] [EPHEMERA]. Weekly periodical. Folio (16 ¼" x 11 ¼"); pp [569]-580; pictorial glazed yellow wrappers printed in black, a vignette of men standing in front of a fruit stand on the front, advertisements on the rear; publisher's string binding; advertisements throughout for children and adults; stories and features with illustrations; horizontal fold through all sheets as issued for mailing; sunning of front wrapper, a few stains, some separations at the spine fold; very good plus. Interesting articles, stories and advertising that would appeal to both young readers and adults. In this issue, the feature story is titled "Sam" by M.G. McClelland, and is the sixth of six published parts. Also "Wintering on the Yukon" by C.A. Stephens, part two of two parts. The "Children's Page" features rhyming poem titled the "History of a Seed" with lovely illustrations.
