Wrap front cover with embossed title. First page a puffy intro text, with all the other pages devoted to photos and captioning. Centerfold with sweeping panorama of Downtown LA and beyond at the time -- a two page wide photo. Other pages have one to a half dozen photos arranged in a variety of ways -- side by side, inset, etc., often with a collage effect. Charlton was a 5 an10 cent chain. Nelson was a publisher of many such viewbooks. We could find no earlier versions of this viewbook. Short closed tear front cover lower edge. Some dog ears and otherwise, trivial scattered soiling.
