S. l.: By the artist. Very good. Manuscript, n. d. (mid-20th-century); 8 x 6; pp. [8], loose card stock sheets, stapled in upper left corner; text and illustrations to rectos only in black ink and watercolor; mild age-toning; several tiny punctures to corners (removed pins and / or staples); in very good condition.A beautiful interpretation of parts of T. S. Eliot's "The Hollow Men," the most impactful (presumably) lines were illustrated with stunning watercolors by an unknown, though quite accomplished artist. "The Hollow Men" was first published in 1925 - a poem following the otherworldly journey of the spiritually dead.
