Trimmed for publication with some rippling, newspaper clipping and date stamp on verso, very good. After the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, northwest Washington, D.C., experienced grave disturbances, which included looting of stores and acts of arson. From the caption on affixed clipping: "This scene shows Negroes helping themselves through a broken store-front window."
