The Body Electric: Electromagnetism and the Foundation of Life

  • New York, Ny, U.s.a.: William Morrow & Co., Inc., 1985-01
By Robert O.Becker; Selden, Gary

Stated First Edition/First Printing with the complete number line; a Very Good book in a Very Good dust jacket. A handsome copy of this look into electromagnetism and it's effects on living organisms, a study in which Becker called a look into our "bio-electric selves". This copy is in very good condition with rubbing at the board edges, one bumped and slightly torn corner, and a previous owner's gift inscription to the half title page; housed in a clean and crisp original very good dust jacket that shows moderate rubbing and chipping to the spine ends, edges, and corners, a few short closed tears to the edges, a previous bookstore's sticker to the back panel, and one small piece of tape repair to the verso of the back panel. Overall, a nice copy of an important work; scarce in collectible condition. Not remaindered, not price-clipped, not ex-library; in a protective Mylar cover and will ship securely wrapped in a sturdy box.
