Portfolio 1: Photographer's Choice

Album of 44 full-page black-and-white informal photos portraying nude White men in their 20s. Some are studio shots, but most are taken in domestic and outdoor settings. Also features one photo of a male-nude sculpture and one of a male-nude drawing.

Most of the reproductions are of very low quality, with some showing moiré suggesting they were half-tone screened for printing from images that had already been published elsewhere. No publication year indicated, although the booklet likely was produced circa 1965. No publisher's information given, which suggests it was created at a point when distribution of male nude photos remained illegal in much or all of the United States.
