A seemingly unrecorded program for the biennial meeting of an African American Masonic group at the Most Worshipful Golden West Lodge in California. The program includes the schedule of events, a message from the Grand Matron Mrs. A.L. Washington, and is profusely illustrated with photographs of the officers and members of the group, supplemented with numerous advertisements from local California chapters, often illustrated with portraits of both men and women involved in the organization.
