A Very Good or better copy of this collection of recipes attributed to Logan Circle residents.

Includes a contribution from Marion Barry during his first term as mayor, “Shrimp à la Marion,” which encourages liberal use of Old Bay seasoning, naturally. Editor’s brief introduction describes the neighborhood’s history, the formation of its Community Association in 1973, and its enduring character. Of neighborhood traditions, Lipton writes, “... food is a good part of how we care about each other. These recipes, much like our community, come from many cultures and backgrounds.”
