The model is seen posing with a long bamboo staff, a classic prop for the beefcake era of photography. Beefcake photography took hold in the 1950s, characterized by a rise in published homoerotic photographs of nude male models and bodybuilders. One of the three photographs was printed blank on the edges, but the entire model can be seen. There is also some curling to the edges of all three photographs, but otherwise they are in very good condition. .
