[Geneva?]: [F Bruel?], ca1850. Edition Unknown. Original paste-paper box.. Very good; some wear to the edges of the box and joints. The samples are quite fresh and complete.. Oblong paste paper box (130 x 235 mm) covered in printed glazed paper with cotton ties. The number 25 is hand inscribed before the printed label/ title on the inside front cover. Each sample sheet has a printed label (Latin name) affixed.
"Grand-Tour" souvenir? An appealing artifact. Rare - OCLC not showing any holdings.
