Golden/Roland #643 apparently missing this earliest issue of the lectures Osler gave at Hopkins. They point out that the printing they cite has 196 pp. stating that the lectures were "expanded". They also point out that since the lectures were based on clinical studies they are still of importance. The last lecture is devoted to tumors of the kidney (pp. 137-165).
