Printed and submitted to the Judiciary Cmte. of the state house in TN when considering Senate Bill #242 and House Bill #235 to abolish the death penalty in the state. There is one located printed copy but it is missing the wrappers and therefore incomplete. With the wrappers - offered here - the final leaf of text is present.
