Publisher's blue cloth, with front board and spine stamped in black; in its original purple, black, and yellow dust jacket, lettered in black and white, with a drawing of Berra to the front panel. Near fine book, with a hint of wear to spine ends, and light offsetting to endpaper; very good unclipped dust jacket, with light toning to spine, a shallow chip to head of spine, light rubbing to spine and front panel, and a couple of shallow chips to edges of rear jacket flap. Overall, a solid copy. Yogi Berra played eighteen seasons with the New York Yankees, winning an incredible ten World Series titles. Winner of three AL MVPs and recognized as one of the greatest catchers of all time, he was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1972. Off the field, Berra was known for his wise and humorous "Yogi-isms," some of which include: "It ain't over til it's over," "it's déjà vu all over again," and "the future ain't what it used to be.".
