A brief pamphlet, reprinted from a 1915 issue of "The Naturopath Magazine", promoting "Naturopathy", an alternative medicine focused on homeopathy, herbalism, self-healing, and natural treatments. The topic of the pamphlet is nutrition and the importance of raw foods, marking it as one of the first promotions of "raw food" health diets. Promotes some ideas that are now commonly accepted as healthy habits, such as seasonal eating. Published by Benedict Lust (1872-1945), a German-American doctor and founder of Naturopathy. Also promotes Lust's health resort in Butler, New Jersey. Single vol. (6" by 3.25"), pp. 16, in original green printed wrps.
