New York: American Friends of the Chinese People, 1938. 8.5x11 inch handbill, paper toned, minor corner chipping and closed edge tears. "Easter brings rejoicing to us but in China: Japanese planes bomb Chinese cities, kill men, women and children -- Innocent victims are homeless and starving. Pestilence, famine, disease and death stalk the people of China. In Japan: The people, though bowed and bent beneath the oppressive burden of their military-fascist masters -- want freedom and peace.” Asks the reader to boycott Silk and all other Japanese goods.
