Rochester, NY: Stecher Lith Co., 1888. Very good. Small broadside; oblong - 6 x 9; large chromolithographed illustration and text to recto; verso with some residue from previously being affixed in a scrapbook; a tiny nick to bottom edge, else minor wear; in very good condition.A beautiful advertisement - it gave a short description and the benefits of the Moyer - a variety of grapes developed in Canada from a cross between the Delaware and another native variety. Some of its qualities were withstanding temperatures as low as 35 C below zero, resistance to mildew, and thin skin.
