Broadside; 10 3/4 x 8 1/4; off-white stock, printed and mimeographed in red and black; illustrated with a small vignette; minor creasing and age-toning to extreme margins - in very good to near fine condition.Hap Alzina (1894 - 1970) was a legendary name in American motorcycling, a successful racer, and the Western US Distributor of Indian and BSA motorcycles, opening his dealership in Oakland in 1922. Regarded by many as a major contributor to popularizing BSAs in the US, he would also be remembered for his penchant for practical jokes, including taking a horse to a formal party at a fancy New York hotel and marking his post cards "Private & Confidential," thus ensuring that everyone would read them.The current price schedule included a list of model designations, tank colors, engines, prices, and follow-up notes.
