Flower and the Flower Medicine Co. in Boston. Includes lengthy discussions of how Flower remedies have miraculously cured ailments ranging from consumption to cancer, using testimonial letters from amazed customers. One testimonial, titled "Almost a Miracle", claims that Dr. Flower and his remedies brought a small child back to life from the short labored breathing of death". Other afflictions miraculously cured include lameness, scrofula, cramps, cholera, kidney and liver diseases. 12mo (8.75" by 5.75"), pp. [20]. Cancel slip to p. [4].
