Leather rather scuffed and dried, spine label perished and rear joint starting to split with brief separation of two of the spine panels; overall Good to Very Good, internally clean and sound.

School prize ex libris to front pastedown from the Wallasey Grammar School accomplished in manuscript awarding this volume for the French prize to T.W. Read, midsummer 1882.
