A lovely copy of the Brautigan's collection of surreal short stories inscribed to his girlfriend, Valerie Estes, an active participant in the San Francisco literary scene. She graced the cover of his spoken-word record Listening to Richard Brautigan,1969. The two remained good friends until the author's suicide in 1984.
