Hardcover First edition in tan cloth covered boards with an illustrated front cover and gilt top edge. Spine title is a bit faded and there is general shelf wear. Gift inscription dated Xmas 1917 on the front free endpaper. The binding is shaken and the back hinge is starting but has not broken through. A good reference copy with 128 illustrations and 387 pages. Increasingly difficult to fine the first edition and reasonably priced. Professional packaging and prompt shipping.
