Flyer publicizing Cadere’s fellow exhibiting artists’ responses to their April 1972 show at the Salon de Pâques of the Akademia Raymond Duncan in Paris

By CADERE, André
Single sheet, printed on both sides, vertical & horizontal folds. [Paris]: February 1973.

Very rare Cadere flyer through which he shared the responses of artists Christian Boltanski, Bernard Borgeaud, Jean Le Gac, Annette Messager, Sarkis, and Laurent Sauerwein to their group exhibition in a context with an “esprit muséal.” Cadere’s own conclusion as to the effect of their collective presentation is printed at the end. In fine condition.

|| Not in Lynda Morris, ed., Documenting Cadere 1972-1978 (2013), but the Akademia R. Duncan exhibition is mentioned on p. 21.
