SIGNED by the poet on the verso of a front blank: "William Wordsworth/Rydal Mount/10th June 1848." Bookplate of Edward C. Lowe on the front pastedown. Lowe was an English educator who married Harriet Duke Coleridge, sister of noted girls' school promoter, Alice Mary Coleridge. Books signed by this great Romantic poet are scarce.
