He represented Georgia in the House of Representatives and served as the 50th governor of Georgia from 1882 until his death.Signatures. c. 1861. N.p. The clipped signatures of Jefferson Davis and Alexander Stephens under their respective portraits. Between their portraits is an 1861 electoral ticket for the Confederate election. The signatures are quite light. These pieces are professionally framed and in very good condition.
