He was one of the most influential mathematicians of the twentieth century, and an important member of the Institute for Advanced Study during its early years" (n.b., per Wiki).
This a revised and augmented edition, with new appendices "on such subjects as Foundations of Mathematics, Ars Combinatorioa, Quantum Mechanics, Physics and Biology, and Evolution..." (per jacket flap).
