A small octavo of 8 by 5 1/4 inches. In a very good unclipped dust jacket with 1/8 inch deep chips from the upper edge of the spine area. sevem. small, shallow chips from the lower edge of the spine area and with wear or small chips at the fore corners of the panels over the tips of the boards. One of the volumes in the American Guide Series and one which is rather uncommon in jacket. 687 pages with index, chronology, bibliography, tours, 8 sections of photographs and the colored map in the rear end pocket which is in very good+ condition with an area with several small closed tears. Jeff Dykes states in his catalog/bibliography that this title is "scarce". (Dykes, 73; Scharf/Schoyer, 172; Powell, 286)
