Original boards now looking rather gray. 22 cm. Lower portion of backstrip perished. Original title label browned and worn but still present on backstrip -- "Wordsworth's Ecclesiastical Sketches." Former owner's name on title-page (looks like C. H. Christison") and front cover (Mrs. Christison?). Contemporary bookplate ("Lewis Perry Curtis") mounted inside front cover. Religious poetry. Wordsworth was a committed member of the Church of England.
