Pictorial bookplate of Ancell Harrison Ball and Isabel Taylor Ball mounted to front pastedown, with a gift inscription to Ancell from Isabel directly above it: "A.H.B. from I.T.B. / Christmas 1903." Light external wear, sunning and dust-soil to backstrip, partial cracks to hinges (though still firm), with evidence of an old bookplate removed from front pastedown; contents clean and complete; Very Good, lacking the dustjacket.
