Advertising the fictional company "Demonstrators, Inc." - it offered to supply "trained terrorists" to "tie up any town". The mock order list even allowed cities to choose between violent or nonviolent protests and to select specific services - campus unrest, labor strikes, "suicide by fire," etc.
